Yes. Your crew can take Timemark photos on site, and you can review them in Teamspace by project, member, or map. You can also see each member's route for the day from the locations of the photos they took. Timemark does not track anyone live.
A quality control photo shows the work you ask your crew to document, such as a before and after photo or a completed checklist step. You set the fields every photo must carry in a team template. Timemark also prints the date, time, GPS location, street address, and Photo Code on each photo.
Timemark gets time from network time, not the phone clock. The capture time and location printed on the photo cannot be edited in the app. A photo with a clearly visible Photo Code can also be checked on the Timemark verification page.
Yes. You pay for each subcontractor you add to your Teamspace, because every member of a Business team is a paid seat. Business is $7 per user per month, or $60 per user per year when paid yearly. Subcontractors who stay outside your Teamspace can use the free app, and you can check their photos instead.
You can limit projects to Selected Members so subcontractors see only their assigned projects. You should also change photo viewing to Own only for outside crews. By default, a Member can view all team photos.
Yes. Export a PDF report or send a share link. Anyone with the link can view and download photos in Gallery, Sheet, and Map views without a Timemark account. Links do not expire by default.
