How do I manage team members and permissions?
Administrators can manage member roles, projects, and photo access directly in web Teamspace.
How is Teamspace billed? Is centralized billing supported?
Yes, centralized billing is supported. Only one member needs to provide credit card information.
Billing is based on the number of user seats and usage time within the billing cycle. For members who join mid-cycle, subscription fees are automatically prorated.
What should I do if photo upload or auto-sync fails in Teamspace?
Photos cannot be uploaded without an internet connection. Once you're back online, reopen the app to resume uploading.
Why does the Teamspace portal keep refreshing?
This could be related to your browser’s cookies or cached data. To resolve this, please try clearing your browser cookies and cache.
How to cancel a Pro plan subscription and request a refund?
Go to the menu button (upper left) > Settings > Manage Subscriptions. You can find the cancellation option there.
Can I continue using my Pro plan subscription if I change to a different device?
If switching within the same platform (Android to Android or iOS to iOS), you can continue using the membership by signing in the same app store account.

Why can’t I use Pro plan features after purchase?

How to adjust camera brightness?
Tap on the screen and slide up or down to adjust brightness. If lighting is poor, switch the flash mode in the upper left corner.
How to change the photo storage size?
Go to the menu button at the upper left corner > Settings > Photo Quality.
How to set a photo timer?
Go to the menu button at the upper left corner > Timer. (Note: Timer shooting currently is not supported for video recording.)
Watermark Settings
How to edit a photo watermark?
Tap the watermark or "Templates" at the bottom right, or tap the pencil icon.
How to add a watermark to an existing photo?
To preserve photo authenticity, Timemark does not support adding watermarks to photos after they are taken.
How can I find suitable watermark templates?
Tap "Templates" at the bottom right corner to browse built-in templates, or go to Explore in the template menu to browse by industry or explore public templates shared by other users.
How to insert a logo or image into a photo?
Tap the watermark area > tap + image next to "Logo" > upload an image, search online images, or generate one with AI > tap done
How to disable time and location on photos?
Timemark does not support disabling timestamp. If the display size is too large, try switching to a custom or alternative watermark style.
How to share a watermark template?
Tap the watermark area > tap "Share" at the upper right corner inside "Edit Template" > Choose a sharing method.
If shared publicly, the template will be visible to all Timemark users.
Photo Authenticity
How can I verify the authenticity of a photo?
Method 1: Tap the "Verify Photos" button at the top of the screen > Upload Photo or Enter Photo Code
Method 2: Tap the menu button at the upper left of the screen > Verify Photos > Upload Photo or Enter Photo Code
Method 3 (when sharing photos with others): Go to Preview > select a photo and choose "With link" in "Share as". The photo will automatically include a verification link
Which photos can Timemark verify?
Only photos taken with Timemark and have Photo Code embedded. Please make sure the Photo Code feature is enabled.
How does Timemark guarantee photo authenticity?
Through the following mechanisms: 1) Photo timestamps are validated against online servers to ensure accuracy and prevent tampering.
2) Timemark automatically captures location data (latitude, longitude, and accuracy) and embeds it into the EXIF metadata along with timestamps.
3) Date, time, GPS coordinates, project names, and other details are stamped directly on the photo and cannot be manually altered in Timemark.
4) Traceability: Each photo that has the Photo Code enabled is uniquely coded. The Verification Center can retrieve the original metadata for verification.
What if the location is inaccurate? How to adjust it?
Timemark only supports selecting nearby locations. Tap the location icon (bottom right) to switch to a nearby address.
How to show location accuracy on a photo?
Tap the watermark area > tap into "Coordinates" > toggle on Accuracy under "More Options"
How can I add map, weather, altitude, or compass direction to a photo?
Tap the watermark area > Enable Map, Weather, Altitude, or Direction.

How to export photos to an Excel report?
Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > Excel Report > Select photos to export.
How to export photos to a PDF report?
Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > PDF Report > Select photos to export.
How to export photos as a ZIP file?
* Supported on web Teamspace or Android devices only.
Web Teamspace: Sign in to Teamspace on the web. When you download photos from the Projects or Members tabs, they are automatically saved as a ZIP file. Alternatively, go to All Photos and select the photos you want to download.
Android devices: Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > ZIP > Select photos to export.
How to view photos on a map?
Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > KMZ > Select photos to export > Export into Google Earth.
How to adjust data exported to Excel?
If you want to remove certain data fields from the generated Excel file, you can tap "Edit" at the bottom to toggle off fields you don't need.
Save Photos
Why can’t I save photos or find old photos?
Please check the following: 1. Go to the app permission settings to ensure Timemark has photo storage access enabled
2. Verify that your device has sufficient storage space
3. Confirm the photo was not deleted in your album (check your device’s Recently Deleted album)
4. Reduce input text if filenames are too long as some devices limit filename length
5. Kindly note that Timemark’s Preview album only displays a limited number of photos. If you cannot find older photos in Preview, please check your device’s local album directly

How to save both the original photo and the watermarked version?

If I delete a photo from the album, does Timemark still back it up?
No. By default, photos are stored locally in your device album. To keep a backup, enable cloud storage in "Files" or use Teamspace.
How to store photos on an SD card?

How to automatically save photos to cloud storage (OneDrive/Google Drive)?
