Teamspace
Yes. Use the role-based permission settings in the web portal to limit each member's project access, photo viewing, and editing rights
Teamspace uses prorated billing for the monthly plan based on each member’s active days during the billing cycle. If someone joins or leaves mid-cycle, you’ll be charged or refunded only for the days they were active. That’s why the total may be slightly more or less than a flat $7 per person. Our billing system Stripe handles this automatically by adjusting your invoice with partial credits and updated charges.
Every 10 seconds of video counts as 1 photo. For example, a 30-second video will count as 3 photos.

Go to the menu button (upper left) > Settings > Manage Subscriptions. You can find the cancellation option there.

Camera & Watermark Settings
Tap on the screen and slide up or down to adjust brightness. If lighting is poor, switch the flash mode in the upper left corner.
Go to the menu button at the upper left corner > Settings > Photo Quality.
Go to the menu button at the upper left corner > Timer. (Note: Timer shooting currently is not supported for video recording.)
Tap the watermark or "Templates" at the bottom right, or tap the pencil icon.
To preserve photo authenticity, Timemark does not support adding watermarks to photos after they are taken.
Tap the watermark area > tap + image next to "Logo" > upload an image, search online images, or generate one with AI > tap done
Tap "Templates" at the bottom right corner to browse built-in templates, or go to Explore in the template menu to browse by industry or explore public templates shared by other users.
Timemark does not support disabling timestamp. If the display size is too large, try switching to a custom or alternative watermark style.
Currently, template creation requires the mobile app. The web portal does not yet support this.
Troubleshooting
Photos cannot be uploaded without an internet connection. Once you're back online, reopen the app to resume uploading.
Timemark only supports selecting nearby locations. Tap the location icon (bottom right) to switch to a nearby address.
Photo Verification
Only photos taken with Timemark and have Photo Code embedded. Please make sure the Photo Code feature is enabled.
Tap the watermark area > tap into "Coordinates" > toggle on Accuracy under "More Options"
Tap the watermark area > Enable Map, Weather, Altitude, or Direction.
Report Creation
Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > Excel Report > Select photos to export.
Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > PDF Report > Select photos to export.
Tap REPORTS (bottom left) > KMZ > Select photos to export > Export into Google Earth.
If you want to remove certain data fields from the generated Excel file, you can tap "Edit" at the bottom to toggle off fields you don't need.
Save Photos & Integration
No. By default, photos are stored locally in your device album. To keep a backup, enable cloud storage in "Files" or use Teamspace.
Yes. Please enable "Save to Teamspace only" in the app setting. Currently this is a per-device setting. The team-wide control by the admin is on our roadmap but not yet available.
We provide direct native integrations with Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint. We also support the webhook that enables custom connections.
